10-jan-2011 .i applied for the passport of my 1 and half year old baby.the hyderabad passport office done the police enquery.everything is clear . but still no hopes for me . i didn't get the passport 6months ... i wanted to convert it to tatkal they said once you applied in ordinary you can't change it to tatkal.horse shit..i didn't find anything good in the staff of pp office...all are against the civilized culture. they r not humans..very bad people....
One of the worst passport office is at secunderabad compare to other passport offices in india. I Have applied passport 8 months back. still i have not received. Customer care is also worst. i do not why they are working. eating and sleeping. they will not at all lift calls. always it is ringing. Even Officers are also same. eating and sleeping.
hi all, this is a worst thing in india we have. no body answers the calls and call center is also a waste service. i had applied for passport 4 months back and till now i did not get it. The only way to change all these things - Govt should change completely. i think chandrababu naidu is the good and best CM for ever for AP.
If you go direct and apply for a passport, it will take ages to get your passport. Instead if you approach an agent, you will get the passport in days. So now we all can understand why the officers in the passport office dont work..
Very very bad and worst service..no budy answer the phones...
